Shipping & Returns
Most of our items are "Made to order". I ship within 1-3 business days to your address after receiving payment. That's how long usually takes me to craft your item.
If you need the item(s) before a certain date, please let me know so i can try my best to cater to your needs.
Please message me if you want your order ship to different address.
I use USPS First-Class Package Service
International buyers are responsible for any taxes and customs duties to their countries.
Expedited Orders: If you need your item faster than the previously outlined mailing schedule, please let me know prior to purchasing. I will let you know if it is possible to get your item out sooner and there may be additional postage costs.

We don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If the item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately (Please include picture of the damaged goods) and replacements can be arranged.
If you are unhappy with the item you received and it is not damaged please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. You'll be able to receive a refund after the item is safely shipped back to me in unworn and original condition. I do not refund the shipping or return shipping costs.
If there is a problem or you're unhappy with my products, please contact me first before leaving a review. I want my customers to be happy with the products they pay for and receive and will do everything in my power to make it happen.
Only custom made items are not refundable.
